The choice to faction-lock exteriors is going to bite them in the ass pretty hard unfortunately, not just due to obvious things like this but also just the sheer lack of variety beyond orc/human landscapes.

Something simple, like the citizenship test.
They have to answer in person, on camera. Publish the full, unedited results.
