I bought this on Ebay, nobody talking about Bullworkers online seems to use/understand the original method, yet talk about what it can and cannot do. This is a Bullworker 3. I'm going to try the original method between now and Xmas.

Building muscle does nothing to hinder speed, the problem is training (unconsciously) the ability to fire all muscles at once rather than individually and with co-ordination. One should train the former(intentionally), but one needs to learn and train the latter.
