I also forgot to take my SSRIs for a couple days so I’m getting the brain zaps as a cherry on top.
But it could be worse. They haven’t sent me to a farm for misfit brains yet!

I think it’s one of the nasties going around, but not the flu or Covid. My voice is not voicing, my chest is making sounds it shouldn’t, I keep choking on whatever nonsense is in my throat, and my skin hurts. 🤷🏻♀️
