Let’s face it, pretty much every adult knows what a Nazi Sieg Heil is. Elon knows also. We all know what it means when you make it, and normal people would take pains to avoid even the appearance of making this salute. Anyone who thinks this was an accident is bonkers, much less twice in a row.
