The only reason prisons are able to pay incarcerated individuals less than minimum wage is because the 13 amendment exempts punishment in prison from the prohibition on slavery. They're legal slaves.
That doesn't apply to civil detention for immigration. It's blatantly unconstitutional.

So last night I made another great recipe from this book - but forgot to take a photo. The cottage pie was so delicious. I made a double batch (two teens) and there was only a few bits leftover over. I purchased this in 2016 or 2017 and it has great recipes. Thank you @katemcdermott
