Reminds me of when Trump said the covid numbers went down since they stopped testing.

What exquisite final words. 🥹

Cementing their irrelevance, well and truly, to appease the far right Christian nationalists of their party…cause that has proven so effective at the polls.

Slow clap.

Completely agree Peter. And the lack of a strong opposition makes our democracy weaker. Hopefully at the next election we see an increase in Independents who can hold the balance of power in a Labor Govt.

Fingers crossed the party actually want to move to the left, as opposed to Starmer’s centre-right policies and approach.

Standing by! 🎄

Oh, so they voted yes on ensuring they stay out of power and become increasingly irrelevant for the next decade or so then?

This man is being paid by our taxes.

Disgusting.

Ha! Actually it’s the small spiders that pose the bigger threat here…the enormous ones are pretty harmless. 😬

Turns out, campaigning on the govt making real changes to help working and middle class people live in dignity rather than just tinkering around the edges is popular among… the people.

Paradigm shift for BOTH Republican and Democratic parties who have become beholden to rich & powerful.

It’s always a Saturday in Australia.

And there are fundraising BBQ’s and cake stalls for the local schools at most polling places. #DemocracySausage

Thought the same of the latest season of Slow Horses. Weakest one by far. So disappointed.

International diplomacy reduced to giving your lunch money to the playground bully.

I went on the BOM site a couple of days ago and it looked so basic, I was sure it’d been hacked or stripped down while being updated.

It looks like a website created by a group of kids learning how to write code for a school project, not an official govt agency website.

Who is behind this?

Confirmation the corporate Democrats have learnt absolutely nothing.
October 25, 2025 at 8:18 PM
It is abundantly clear that the Democrats aren’t really all that motivated to stop Trump. They’re so far inside their own centrist bubble, they think they’ll ride it out and hopefully make some more money off donors while waiting…

*excluding a minority of progressive who get it & are fighting hard.

The Trump years…aka, when Biff stole the almanac.

Nor is it what the ALP campaigned on.
