In her ruling, US District Court Judge Karin Immergut said the Trump administration violated the 10th Amendment, and failed to provide evidence that activation of Oregon's National Guard was necessary. The temporary restraining order will be in effect until October 18.

Know what I did on my last trip to Portland? Talked about writing, ate delicious pizza at a sidewalk cafe with friends, took a lovely walk. It’s a place people live, not a battlefield. Oregon doesn’t need Trump’s violent interference in our daily lives.

Happy to see Critical Mass alive and well in LA. Not happy to see this driver push into an already paused intersection. A desire to get somewhere faster doesn’t equal a right to endanger lives; just 60 seconds more and the way was clear. #lacriticalmass #sharethestreets #criticalmass #losangeles
