There's not a whole lot of options for anything food-wise where I am, but the absence of any non-McDonald's/Circle K breakfast sandwiches is just weird to me.

Thanks for the rundown! It's always a bummer when I come back and find favorites gone. I saw Oun Lido right before I was leaving last year but they were closed so it's top of my list next month.

Found the arrest, a bench warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge. Also found the dozens of other charges for, among other things, theft, fraud, forgery, and fleeing a pursuing law enforcement officer.

I told Favorite Mechanic I'm astounded at how much time I spend figuring bonkers stuff like this since I moved here and he just laughed and said, "Seems pretty normal to me."

Weird Little Old Man Friend failed to mention that his license was suspended, so I'm taking highway patrol's report that he's "safe and in safe surroundings" to mean I should keep trying to get through to booking at the county jail.
