They're using the confinement box, one of the most horrific methods of CIA torture in the post-9/11 black sites, against migrants now. This is the direct result of the lack of consequences for the architects of the torture program. Either there will be criminal penalties for this or it will expand.

DHS still can’t or won’t say what they did with the two U.S. citizens they detained on 9/30 and called CPD to request a vehicle for.

UPDATE to this story: After his protest, Lt. Colonel Aguilar was taken to jail for a few hours where he was put in isolation and has now been released, he confirms to me.
NEW: Retired Green Beret Anthony Aguilar, the former GHF subcontractor who exposed Israeli and GHF forces firing on civilians at Gaza aid sites, was escorted out of today’s Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing after disrupting it to accuse the panel of complicity in genocide.
