I finally caught our little ruby-throated visitor tonight. He's been so fast, he's hard to capture. I'm so happy to see them again. It's my favorite part of spring.

My Mother's Day orchid has three bloom stems this year instead of the usual one! She usually blooms for Valentine's Day but it looks like she'll be early this year. 🥰🪴

I made these back in 2009 (I think). Long enough ago to not remember the date, but I remember that they were a Christmas gift for a relative. They're Mozambique garnet and peridot briolettes wrapped in sterling silver, on a zircon link French hook earring. I might re-do this design. Thoughts?

I found a bunch of pictures of my old work from several years ago. I think this was back in 2000 or 2005. The back of the photo is not clear. This is a sterling silver Celtic triskelion with an amethyst briolette drop.
