I’ve literally installed bidet attachments by myself and I’m still like “but where does the water come from and why can I turn it on and off like this?”
I’ve replaced the fill valve assembly thing in every toilet in my townhouse and I still do not understand how toilets work they are basically magic as far as my silly little brain is concerned

Many have heard that Texas has a new court of appeals (the 15th Court). Our firm is starting to file notices of appeal to that Court.
A PSA for everyone: some county clerks do not know it exists. As my colleague Brad Snead (not on bluesky) says, we all have a job to do to educate the clerk.

This is ground I will not concede. The law matters, and the way we talk about it matters, too.
Getting a lot of replies along the lines of "oh, you rube, you still think the law matters" and it feels strategically foolish to just concede that it doesn't. Contest everything. Expose the hypocrisy.

One way we know Bluesky has the juice is because the starter packs used to be super generic like “Environmentalists 😀” and now they are super specific like “North Atlantic salmonid fisheries scientists whose names start with T-Z” and they have the full 150 people in them
