Box Breathing for Stress Relief

How to practice:
Step 1) Inhale through your nose for a count of 4.
Step 2) Hold your breath for a count of 4.
Step 3) Exhale through your mouth for a count of 4.
Step 4) Hold your breath again for a count of 4.
Repeat 4–5 cycles.

I only recently discovered Double Exhale Breathing, and it's by far my favorite breathing technique for relaxation and anti-anxiety. Bonus: you can literally do it anywhere (eyes closed optional). 😮‍💨😴

Meditation hasn’t fixed everything, but it’s helped with a lot:

🌀 I sleep better
🌀 Less anxiety
🌀 I interrupt people way less
🌀 I’m not overwhelmed 24/7
🌀 Hot flashes are down
