After working with #Cascadeur, it's the time to experiment in Unity the animations using multi -pose idle in BlendTree animator. It's to be fixed but I like very much!

Implemented two-pass GPU occlusion culling (using a hierarchical depth buffer - "HiZ") in my SDF engine!

The video shows disocclusions (bricks that need to be rendered in the 2nd pass) in pink. This technique reduces the number of bricks rendered by 50-90+%.

I tried Blender’s dynamic paint but hit it's limit so switched to #GeoNodes to make these muddy footprints. Simple setup: raycast for indents, masks for shading. Still needs optimising but I think it's already looking pretty good #b3d #3dart #3dartist #geometrynodes #blenderart #blenderartist
