How was I unaware that there was a theatrically released Yogi Bear movie in 1964? It's on TCM right now - "Hey there, it's Yogi Bear.".

It's a cold, rainy morning and I keep hearing the trains off in the distance. How am I even supposed to get motivated to turn the lights on, much less do chores and bring in the Christmas decorations?

I really want to just power through dinner with the extended family to get back home and watch Stranger Things with the kids. It's harder to wrangle the four of us together than it was for s1 when they were children and the parents can't stay up as late.

The Marvel Family and friends having Thanksgiving together. Villains outside the window were invited but like a lot of bad guys, they would rather stand outside in the cold and play the victim. Mister Mind was tried to take over the proceedings and was released outside with his fellow villains.

Another underwhelming Beatles release this year, but the new tracks from Anthology 4 are pretty worthy additions and I also always enjoy a chance to update playlists.

And I'm going to say it: I like the "Real Love" remix and it's not like the original is being withdrawn from circulation anyway.

For the late Dave Cockrum's birthday, here are 4 pages of original art from Superboy 190, one of his earlier Legion stories before his redesigns started appearing. Inks by Murphy Anderson. I found these on an auction website, a good place to browse even if you can't buy.

Democrats have to stop bailing out Republicans from facing the consequences of their own policies. And yeah, that means they have to stop sparing voters from experiencing what GOP government truly means.

Every time Dems step in, it only emboldens the GOP & they make it even worse the next time.
So Democrats get:

1. A CR that will prevent the GOP from facing the wrath of Americans for a shutdown over the holidays

2. A coupon for one (1) meaningless ACA vote that will fail

3. An end to the illegal RIF/SNAP moves that are already before the courts

Those all seem like wins for the GOP.

This is not a deal — it's an empty promise.

Trump and his Republican Congress are making healthcare more expensive for the middle class and ending it for working families.

Time for Democrats to stand tall for affordable healthcare. www.politico.com/news/2025/11...
