Honestly pie is a sleeper desert. Most people are ignoring a journeyman desert who can be savory, sweet, and everything in between. Sure it has been recognized officially, but unofficially they are giving all the credit to cake which is nowhere near as versatile as pie.

Honestly kind of in awe of this whole project. A genuine triumph of execution. Never feels like a bit. Compelling science fiction done in the style of his own history podcast. Unbelievable.
