If you can find it, Dale's steak seasoning is the best. It's a bit strong, so you only need like a Tbsp per pound. There's also a lower sodium version if you find it too salty.

It's my birthday today, but it's also a year since we lost Egon "Meat Beagle" Spengler. I had hoped to launch crowdfunding for my film today in remembrance of him, but the script still needs work before I can start budgeting. Couple of weeks, maybe.

Lulu passed away this morning. She just didn't have the strength to get around anymore.
She was a cool cat. She had a balanced combination of extraordinarily naughty and affectionately cuddly.
Gonna miss her walking around at 1am yelling and leaving toys everywhere.
