Record-breaking retirements in Congress. That’s not “frustration,” that’s people seeing the building on fire and heading for the exits.

Expect more retirements in January.

More gold (and more cow bells).
I really think what’s needed here is more gold.

Easy to believe this guy ignored someone who passed out in the Oval Office. He did ignore a guest at a Mar-a-Lago event who fell off the stage and split his head open and complained about the blood staining his marble floor. The lack of empathy is on-brand.

Love "NO, HONESTLY" with the two of them... 🥲
So sad to hear of the passing of the magnificent actress Pauline Collins... fantastic as Shirley Valentine. Here she is advertising Maxwell House here in 1983 with husband John Alderton... RIP Pauline

😬 so sad...
Coming up on #KTLA: Berkshire Hathaway warns people not to follow the advice of deepfake A.I. videos of Warren Buffett on YouTube. This is messed up. Now young investors can't learn from one of the best investors ever (the man who taught me more than any other financial maven)

Since 8 million people protested Tangerine Palpatine on Saturday, he’s doing everything he can to take back control of the narrative by getting you mad about bulldozing the White House and shitting on everyone.

Chris, he doesn't care what is legal or not. He only cares what he can get away with - and THAT is massive. Who is gonna stop him? 😟
Asking earnestly, how is the ballroom project at all legal under the Anti Deficiency Act?

I'm both relieved and a bit upset that Bladerunner was wrong about how our world was supposed to look like 6 years ago.
Also our robots look nothing like Rutger Hauer, so unfair.
BTW Rutger died in 2019.

100% - and THAT is why you need to make friends with your neighbors. (nom...nom...nom...)
the problem with living in a super diverse neighbourhood is that regularly there are food smells that waft in my windows that make me want to go door to door and say "are you cooking? can I have some? can I have the recipe?"

utterly amazing curry scent wafting in right now and I want to die

Worth remembering that Terence Stamp was the son of a ship's stoker.

Stamp desperately wanted to act, after falling in love with movies as a kid, and it was a scholarship to Drama School that allowed him to walk that path.

Every time arts cuts are made, they rob us of more Terence Stamps.
