Really great adaptations of the origins of the JRPG genre. Still love the originals, but they really haven't aged well. These bring them into modern gaming very well.

Local Man Knew Billy Vaughn He knew Billy Vaughn, Orchestra leader, Or something like that. When they were young. Billy made things fun Way back when, In Kentucky, Or somewhere like that. Billy was gone by then, though. This was an old man In a wheelchair On a porch. Arthritis. His fingers were Twisted too. His wife tried To hide them And combed his hair. And said sitting on The porch there Perked him up. Talking to a reporter Of the memories about that Just-gone Billy Vaughn Might too. So I listened Wrote it up Moved on From him and Billy Vaughn. But then one time Not too much after when A closed road Detoured me Past his house again… He was in The same spot, On his porch, Looking across the lawn Maybe recalling better days With Billy Vaughn.
