ChatGPT and similar programs weren’t just trained on the internet—they were trained on specific pieces of information presented in specific contexts.

These cases, against 5 individuals for #genocide & #crimesagainsthumanity, never made it to trial in part because co-investigating judges deemed that indictees were not senior/responsible 'enough' to be tried by the #ECCC.

Such disagreements were a key point of lingering criticism of the ECCC.
