Working with two #Unity projects (20GB of assets each) and merging a sub-project into main while the core team is actively developing. I migrate folder by folder and occasionally rebase onto main while I tidy up. The .meta files do their job and GUIDs stay intact.

I made a Steam Revenue Calculator and wrote an Article since most calculators are worthless and intransparent. E.g. you can calculate your break even sales numbers and see if they are realistic to achieve. #gamedev #indiedev #gamebusiness #steam #taxes

Are outlines even nice? I mean, everyone wants these Outline shaders but it's very hard to find actual games using outline shaders. And if they do, they are rather subtle. Just experimenting with styles and techniques. #unity #gamedev #indiedev #3d #artstyle #screenshot

Nothing spikes user frustration faster than a UI that won’t let them click. Even a barely visible shadow can ruin everything.

Fix: Put the shadow or background graphic on a separate layer that doesn’t block pointer events.
