Great observation! Here’s an image from our dataset — the OB has a much higher vessel density than the rest of the brain, suggesting distinct vascular architecture. The video focus was set for brain contrast, causing overexposure in the highly vascular OBs.

we have not looked carefully on these, but i don’t this is artifact. likely lots of small vessels contributing to signal. we are looking more carefully on vessels with amyloid in magenta.
