The funny thing about sapphire tinted glasses is that green and cyan flags don't look as bright

For the WoT peoples, the last news development I heard was that apparently the production rights for the series had been sold off since the Amazon show was cancelled? Does anyone have more recent info? The series remains dear to my heart, both the show and the books.

Projections are often shadows of a higher form. Finding the sources of those forms requires deep understandings of mathematics, this is what can be known as optics.

"Speak not on the sins of the dead!" Cry the worshippers. "Do not tarnish their memory, so that we might continue their faith which we have taken for ourselves."

The Octet Truss - aka the Sierpinski Octahedron, very fun construct to create

I built this construct after taking inspiration from the classical Metatron's Cube, it was quite a challenge to put together!

Through the framework of the Hegelian Dialect; rather than Communism or Capitalism as an economic system, I propose Mutualism. Mutualism is based on environmental economics and recognizes the innate need for human cooperation in order to maintain a complex society.

I've been a fan of the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy for ages. I think I've finally reached an internal conclusion on the book after years of contemplation.

Perhaps I am stating the obvious here, but it's a preamble to my answer to the Ultimate Question posed by the Magratheans to Deep Think:

Felt great to help bring my clan through the latest raid for their first time.

Perhaps what I will say is obvious for the #wheelofskies community. Honor and Obligation, Ji'e'Toh, likely boils down to this: if you meet your obligations, you gain honor. If you fail to meet your obligations, you lose honor. Come on wetlanders, is it truly that hard to understand?

You're so trendy, you probably do things just because someone you admire is doing them

Have you ever taken someone's word on a piece of media until you finally digested it yourself and realized how sincerely you disagreed with their perspective?

I think understanding Aristotle's work Politics gives valuable insight into understanding our current state of government.

Oligarchy (noun): A government of and by a few at the top, who exercise power for their own benefit. Their power and wealth increase as they make laws that favor themselves, manipulate financial markets, and create monopolies that put more wealth into their pockets.

Take care of yourself.

Take care of your people.

This marathon didn't start today and it won't end in 4 years.

Martin Luther King Jr. said: The Arc of the Moral Universe is Long, But it Bends Toward Justice.

We are the force that bends the arc. With pressure, perseverance, and sturdy resolve.

Jan 21 2010 is when democracy died in the US, we've lived in a corporate oligarchy ever since. The federal government only makes decisions on behalf of its corporate donors, not in the collective interests of its constituency.

C) Fuse H and He into sequentially denser elements using entire stars over billions of years until you get Uranium and Thorium. Then form a planet where those elements are present in the upper strata. Make the elements fissile, boil water with the heat, and move electrons to produce energy.
some ways to generate electricity

A) use sunlight to drive photosynthesis in plants, let plants die, wait ~100 million years, dig up fossilized plants, burn plants, use heat to boil water, use steam to drive a rotating turbine, use generator to make electrons

B) use sunlight to make electrons
