In the EU, every citizen receives an invitation for a preventive check-up every 2 years. Blood test, urine test, lung scan and a full body check-up. Also, every 2 years, we receive a test kit at home for a stool sample, which is then sent to a doctor to check for possible rectal and stomach cancer.
