I was actually agreeing with you. The idea that fully 8 percent of households in 2005 had at least twice as many bedrooms as people suggests a lack of equity in the distribution of housing

There is credible reporting that birth tourism is a thing and it makes people mad. It's a real loophole that reasonable people can debate closing.
