While as with most things the US has the most resources and does the most work, our allies are incredibly important as drug interdiction is a pure numbers game for how many ISR assets we have overhead and the British did help a lot.

Out side of calc one I can think of ~1 time I have used it. Principally limits are taught because it is an important step in your math maturation to get to those sorts of abstractions.

Or the very long-term economic trends in the Great Lakes region that has led to a vast decrease in the quantity of shipping. I love Noaa I even trained a Noaa Corps officer when I was working with the CG, but the improvements in forecasting are secondary to stoping letting unsafe ships leave port.

I mean, he runs a fixed front site with a magnified optic (trigicon vcog $$$$$) so he not only does not trust his bomber sight he doesn’t actually know how to use his rifle. You should also note his security detail until the past week or so did not carry rifles with them but he always does.

Returning to the original point in high school, my junior and senior year we did like a 20 hour reading of the Iliad and Odyssey amongst all the humanities classes and Latin/Greek sections and while exhausting it is such beautiful poetry, and if you can do it as the Sun crests on a spring morning 😭
