3 years ago today, Riot Games offered me a job making more money than I ever thought I’d make in my life. I had 19 interviews over 2.5 months to get it. Partner and I were moving to LA for it. I put in notice at my job and apartment.

Really excited for the Steam Machine. Curious about the price, though. I’m a console person, because of how practical and “worry free” they are, also because I like to play games on my couch + TV. So I think it will fit well on my flow and is a great substitute for my XBox (that I’ll be selling).

This new #gamepass pricing makes no sense if you (like me) play only a few games a year. A big game like the upcoming Outer Worlds 2, or even Silksong (that is very hard and consumes lots of time) monopolizes your gaming time. So you basically play only one game at a time, maaaaaybe two.
