Part of a page layout I really like the energy of - hopefully the final drawings will maintain what I like about this.

A sketch I always liked.

A series of tests to figure out what style would feel right for this project. These are all ideas for the same character, though their name changed partway through... and none of these ideas match the final concept, but I'd love to work more in some of these approaches.

Old outfit designs, some of which are in retrospect quite silly! The goal was to take the shape and mood associated with the character and find ways to integrate them into the designs to help clarity and express their personality. Most of these designs incorporate triangles.
