It wasn't that long ago that train staff unions were demonised for fighting to keep train staff in carriages. I can't imagine what would have happened if this had been a driver only train.

Let's just take a moment to reflect on the self-sacrifice and hope this person embodies - not the evil, hateful monsters thirsting for violence.

I do like how the judges on Strictly tried to show emotion but the Botox has frozen their faces.

I really wish people would stop with this.

Had a bit of a chuckle at a post on a Pertwee era Doctor Who post that stated it was “scary and fun” and not “political and woke” like today. It was probably the most political era of the show.

What? Donald Trump didn’t win the Nobel Peace Prize? Seriously? How corrupt is that like he’s brought peace to errr zero places.

Using public money to inflate an already inflated housing market is really dumb.

Imagine being someone who actively chose to listen to Kemi Badenoch’s speech let alone someone who isn’t a Tory party member. They are currently the third party in politics rehashing what they did for 14 years. Really some of you are a bit odd.

These Supreme Court oral arguments on conversion therapy are going to be painful. No matter what is said, know that trying to force someone to be what they're not is psychological torture with measurable negative consequences, and anyone trying to defend such efforts is a bigoted monster.

Ah the Tories are going on full racism to out do Reform.

This is a lie.

There are many criticisms you might sensibly and truthfully make of the Sentencing Council and the Sentencing Guidelines. I’ve been making them for years.

But this is an outright lie. Pure fabrication. A fraud on the public.

Look at who wants us to leave the ECHR. If it’s right wing extremists you know that the majority of the people in this country won’t benefit.

Her approach is to occasionally appear and whisper but not too loudly in case someone hears her.

It wouldn’t surprise me if over half the country still think Sunak is their leader.

One person having the power to upend entire industries and economic sectors on a whim every day that puts companies out of business and workers out of jobs with no legislative input is an autocracy, regardless of whether that person initially acquired power through an election.
