The Conservatives have been the largest party in Lincolnshire County Council since it was created in the 70s. Now they have one seat out of 36 counted so far.
Overnight results in Lincs - from Lincoln and the Parts of Holland - have RUK 30 Lab 3 LD 2 C 1 (one!!!1!). RUK only need 6 out of the remaining 34 seats for overall control.
