I predict Trump's blatant violation of the First Amendment in getting Jimmy Kimmel fired will be forgotten by what he does next. Things will keep getting worse.

Here Trump is violating the 1st and 6th amendment.
Trump’s retaliation against law firms is having its predictable chilling effect. Punishing law firms for representing clients the president dislikes infringes on the 6th Amendment right to counsel of one’s choice and the 1st Amendment right to free association.
Fear of Trump Has Elite Law Firms in Retreat

Elon Musk running DOGE is clearly a violation of Article 2 Section 2 of the Constitution which states that the president shall nominate all officers with the advice and consent of the senate unless Congress gives the president power to make such appointments by law.

Clear violation of the 10th amendment here.
TRUMP: The NCAA has complied immediately. That's good. But I understand Maine -- is the governor of Maine here?

JANET MILLS: Yeah I'm here

TRUMP: Are you not gonna comply?

JM: I'm going to comply with state and federal law

T: You better do it bc you're not gonna get any federal funding at all

Most Democrats don't seem too interested in stopping anything. I'm convinced they're the same as most Republicans just with a different constituency. They don't care about anything beyond staying in their position. This is all a game to them. The Constitution is being dismantled, and they don't care.
