That's awesome! I love all those foods! Banana with peanut butter is one of my favorite snack, and Greek yogurt has always been my go-to. When I don't have Greek yogurt, I like to make it by putting normal yogurt through a coffee filter.

What a great article! In the lecture video, I was reminded of how many kids miss breakfast because they wake up and go straight to school. I've spend almost my whole life like that, and I want to start doing better. Thanks for the motivation!

I totally agree! I think this gets at how the best diet is the one you're willing to follow. Tom's diet definitely was not perfect, but it allowed him to be consistent in a way that he was not able to be with seemingly "more perfect" diets in the past.

That's right! In the video, James Corden mentioned how defects in the leptin gene are linked directly to obesity. This is definitely something we should keep in mind when discussing weight and body image. It's also a really good reminder to stay open minded.

I completely agree and I've had a lot of similar experiences. It’s hard not to eat when it's social activity, also because I don't want to give off an "I'm better than you" vibe and be judged, or make other people feel bad about themselves and their choices.

Wow, that is so cool! I read that bananas help with sleep, so it makes sense that they have an affect on brain activity. I've always loved bananas. In fact, some days I eat up to 4 bananas. I wonder if it is bad for me to eat that many in a single day.

The keto diet has certainly been trending lately. The idea is, consuming less carbohydrates causes the liver to create ketones, which are actually preferable in some tissues and more efficient than glucose in making ATP. However, this diet may stress your kidneys.
