Into anything that gets me outdoors (fishing, diving, hunting, tramping etc etc). Enjoy BBQ, and the occasional pint while partaking in BBQ…long low n slow cooks are my favourite, more beer drinking time.
Of course they are Genesis, be good if you invested some of that profit back into the network to help keep prices down eh? Useless. #NZPol

Boomers on smartphones holding them up to their ears while on speakerphone…on the bus. Yeah, don’t do that.

Has anyone asked Luxo if he’s aware of the fire in Tongariro National Park…he might get to put those gumboots on again this week (if he doesn’t skip the country in light of an impending disaster) #NZPol

It seems common sense and FENZ cannot be used in the same sentence. This is just nuts. www.rnz.co.nz/news/nationa...
FENZ grounds its watercraft, leaving riverside communities exposed
Two Waikato fire stations say a Fire and Emergency decision to ground all powered watercraft will eventually cost someone their life.

If ‘Survive till 2025’ was the CoC catch cry for this year, what have they got cooked up for 2026? I say vote in 2026 like your life depends on it! (It doesn’t rhyme but it works for me)

Just spotted Prime Mince in the Woolworths for $30.40 per Kilo, over $30 a Kg for mince…someone is having a laugh. Used to pay that for decent steak not so long ago. So much for that laser focus on the cost of living #NZPol

$6M seems like a pretty cheap deal for the NZ Govt to dump a second hand survey ship within their sovereign territory. Would cost more to dispose of in the more traditional way🤔

So let me get this straight. Waka Kotahi can close lanes on the Harbour Bridge for six hours while Spark NZ film a commercial, but they refuse to close on lane for a Walking and Biking lane trial? I wonder why that is🤔 (are they afraid it will be successful?) www.stuff.co.nz/nz-news/3607... #NZPol
Auckland Harbour Bridge lanes closed on Sunday, while Spark films advert
“All other lanes will be open and impact should be minimal, with traffic expected to be light at this time of day,” NZTA said.

I think I can answer this one without reading it. The global price of butter is dropping, what does it mean for us? Nothing, we will continue to be price gauged by the supermarkets. Remember when they were culling hens, and eggs were $1 each…they still are $1 each😡 www.stuff.co.nz/money/360782...

What a waste, PM and VIPs travel on the first passenger train running through the City Rail Loop…it will be the first, and last time any of them ride that train. PM only agreed to it as there were, ‘A lot less smelly armpits here…’ (aka, bottom feeders)

It amazes me how often the reaction to hitting “Tim Tams” and other cycleway separators is “those shouldn’t be there” rather than “there are a lot of bad drivers who can’t drive in a straight line and who need to slow down”

I don’t think I’ve ever seen as stupid a headline as this one, I’ve never met a farmer who has had this concern…most farm kids are riding motorbikes before they hit 10. Just more plain old lies from ACT. #NZPol www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/politics/...

ACT represents only a small percent of voters and yet their Regulatory Standaess Bill will put Seymour and his personally elected Board above the entire Parliament. Parliament is a house of REPRESENTATIVES who represent the will of the voters. National & NZ First need to REPRESENT their voters now.
