This is actually good spin, or would have been. But the fact that the Democratic cave happened without even a coordinated, agreed-upon message like this indicates the depth of the leadership void.

My prediction: People who see their premiums go up significantly more than $13 will know they are being lied to and as a result, this administration will lose the faith a chunk of their strongest and most faithful supporters.
