General summary, I think Bugonia is very perfectly made, but I prefer the rougher original save the green planet

While I don’t love 5e as a system because of how combat focused is, I’m not sure what else there could/should be - mechanically speaking. With a story based consequences should be handled by the DM as far as I see it

DM’s handbook does add like lasting injuries too so maybe that?
