my new theory is that once you have a certain amount of money and wealth you start to go crazy and detach from reality. that number is different for everyone. for me it's $20

I understand their jobs in its is stressful but more EMs should take this approach
This EM was telling me how they only realize how their mood (aka whether they are stressed or relaxed) can really impact team members.
By "taking a chill pill" they say their team is visibly more positive, gets more done, and just a better place to work at.
