Senator Andy Kim just went to the USAID building, talked to the security guard there to confirm employees are being barred entry, and then did a press gaggle right there in front to call it out.

The vast majority of the country has no idea the Musk stuff is going on, and as long as there are no elected leaders of the opposition party out there creating friction for tv cameras, the hostile takeover of the country will advance rapidly.

I listened to Musk, speaking of a non-governmental organization called DOGE, say “we are going to shut down the Agency for International Development”. Read that again: a private citizen is going to illegally shut down a Congressionally mandated US agency. Ready for mass protests yet?
