I reflexively like the following skeets without fail: pictures of pets, pictures of trains, and whatever Flavor Flav shares on this beautiful platform.
This list has things like bulk sleeping bags and 30 pairs of shoes for homeless and other people in need. I didn't even know Amazon carries this kind of thing. If you're looking for a way to help people directly, you're unlikely to find a better way.
I run a free store and harm reduction supply for my neighborhood, and this year for the holidays, I've made a wish list to restock our dwindling winter supplies. Spoil me by helping me keep my neighbors safe and warm this very cold winter 💖

Immensely disappointed by the largest competitive pinball organizer completely failing to stand by their own players in the face of hideous transphobia. If they are not able to correct their actions, it's time for a change, either within the organization, or with players seeking a tourney organizer.
An IFPA event became the center of a major controversy last weekend after a venue manager forcibly removed a trans woman from the women’s restroom and the TD allowed the event to proceed without interruption. The IFPA’s response has now created more controversy.

Immensely disappointed by the largest competitive pinball organizer completely failing to stand by their own players in the face of hideous transphobia. If they are not able to correct their actions, it's time for a change, either within the organization, or with players seeking a tourney organizer.

When I was young I took pride in finishing every book I started, even if I didn’t like it. Now, I recognize every moment spend with a book I don’t enjoy is a wasted moment that I could have spent with a book that speaks to me. There's too many beautiful books out there that need my attention.
