I couldn't resist having a squiz at this. Certainly bears out their statement on the arrangement of fragments. Caveats: ball representation of the iodines is just what Pymol gave from an input .mol2 structure from Conquest. ie not to scale.

Molecular dynamics trajectory of the day. The main plots of interest are the RMSD and RMSF. The fluctuations from the starting positions are mostly due to a floppy C-terminal region from residues ~180-220, and one poorly defined beta-hairpin in the middle of the sequence. #chemsky 🧪
