Today I went and saw Before Sunrise and Before Sunset back to back on the big screen. I cried throughout both. The scene that melts me every time is in Sunset when Celine talks about how she can never truly get over someone she loves. She perfectly describes my own experience with love and loss.

Anne Tyler wrote Celestial Navigation, a novel with an adult character on the autism spectrum 50 years ago. Needless to say, a book ahead of its time. I read it years ago and was so moved, and more than that I felt Anne Tyler had an uncanny insight into my life. #booksky
