The broader pattern is that they are all liars. They have never been Anything Else. They are all liars. It has been proven and reproven, it is the most consistent thing about them. You can't trust a single statement from a single member of this regime.

Doubtful. Trump hires for obedience.

Military aid from one belligerent, murderous regime to another.

Can someone help me to understand the legal force of "informal review?" Is the regime disregarding it because there is no law requiring otherwise? Or is Congress not flexing their muscle here?

To say "steel blade" instead of pizza cutter...counts as rage bait and an attempt to drive engagement via negative emotion.

So, I encourage everyone to make this the last Forbes content they consume or even acknowledge Ever again. It is for me.

He is going to be tried by the federal government for the crimes they do have jurisdiction for (still facing a life sentence).

And after that, he is going to be tried by the New York AG for murder, even while he's locked in federal prison for the first set of crimes (stalking, etc.).

People are reading this headline thinking it means he's not going to be jailed for life due to murdering the CEO.

It's only that the federal government can't try him for murder, because his crime doesn't fall under the jurisdiction of the federal government.

I'm literally asking these questions in an attempt to know your position. I support your position. I'm queer. I'm black. I'm under attack. I'm asking, trying to ask neutral so as not to cause offense. If I *did* I apologize.

What are you talking about? I'm not accusing you of anything or trying to tell you to do anything. I'm not attacking you or trying to imply anything about that. I'm not a booster for Dem establishment or suggesting you Shouldn't vote or not vote according to your conscience.

They don't have to tattoo your skin when they can just scan your face and place you in a database. This is a huge deal. Once created, such databases will continue to be in hands of MAGA sympathizers. This will be a problem well beyond this point.

Since your position seems to be that no one has ever been a perfect candidate, which I agree with, I'm curious to know if that means you have chosen to never vote for anyone.
January 30, 2026 at 11:21 AM
Meaning that, if no candidate meets all of your criteria, you would not vote?

I'm sure you can identify differences in the policy landscape between politicians hostile to your work and those not hostile to it. The current regime is an extreme example, but illustrative of the point.

I think it helps to remind people that voting is picking a member of your team. You're working towards something, you pick who is going to facilitate that work. There has literally never been a perfect candidate ever. But, there are those you can work with, and those you can't.
