I have once again failed to install Stockfish onto HIARCS on my Mac. I don't understand the homebrew method & can't get it to work ('cos I am not IT competent enough). The Homebrew site explains, but doesn't make sense to me. If anyone can help, I would be hugely grateful #chesspunks.

I am starting 2025 enjoying all 3 of Moskalenko’s books on the French, thanks to xmas presents. I only owned the 3rd initially, “The fully fledged French” (the dog chewed one). They are more similar than I expected, so all 3 was unnecessary. It is nice to have the set tho. 1…e6 💪❤️ #chess #chesspunks

@drscull.bsky.social might have something useful to say that helps.
If I look at a bishop on a board, I can sort of trace the path. But nothing at all if I close my eyes. This is a pretty new problem after a long series of neuro treatments. At the moment, I can't picture even a square, or a bishop, if I close my eyes or look away.
