I'm not sure it's in the self interest of America's tech bro billionaires to suggest that we bring back public executions to punish the most destructive people in our society.
A Palantir billionaire just called for public hangings.

“It's time to bring back masculine leadership to protect our most vulnerable,” writes Joe Lonsdale.

This is where Silicon Valley authoritarianism is heading:

It’s weird that news organizations like the BBC are covering this as if it’s a real thing with a real process behind it—and not clearly some nakedly invented “participation trophy” by a corrupt organization to curry favor with a corrupt and easily manipulated man-child. www.bbc.com/sport/footba...

Okay, so these people are evil. Inserting gambling everywhere possible is also evil as it leads to addiction and poverty and, as we see, encourages a callous and disconnected relationship with the world.

Note: Fox ran a segment on the Chicago ICE Nativity, which is at the church of a pastor who recently went viral for being arrested while protesting ICE.

That pastor told me the church has since seen an influx of volatile messages.

“There’s been some suggestions that I should kill myself,” he said.
In Chicago, a Nativity scene features a zip-tied baby Jesus and Roman centurions in "ICE" vests.

Near Boston, Mary, Joseph, and Jesus are absent from a Nativity scene, replaced with a sign reading "ICE was here."

It's all part of growing religious blowback to ICE. religionnews.com/2025/12/05/i...
ICE Nativity scenes: Churches reimagine Christmas story amid deportations
(RNS) — 'We know that Jesus was born into a Roman imperial occupation, and pretty much immediately becomes a refugee in Egypt, has to flee and faces political violence,' the Rev. Michael Woolf said.

The Roberts Six have thoroughly politicized the Court and turned it into a reliable arm of the RNC.

Democrats should have no reservations about calling them out for it, demanding resignations from these bought-off hacks and running on a promise to enact sweeping reforms.

Tim 'I'm the real victim here' Wilson quite happy to conduct his Goldstein campaign like the bombing of Dresden. No safe space, no quarter given, ruthlessly attack. Charming.

Perhaps worse is the murky influence of '3rd party' outfits like Advance. This is how democracy is undermined.
