The two MPD officers that Trump pardoned chased a young man, newly a dad, who one of the officers had a history of harassing — just for riding a scooter w/o his helmet. He was killed by oncoming traffic. The officers didn’t interview any witnesses or make an ID despite knowing who the young man was.
