The Dow is dropping as expected. When the Trump administration crashes the economy the voters will naturally blame him and will vote for the Democrats to clean the mess up. It's a never ending cycle.

Today is Trump's federal government buyout deadline. I suspect he is going to be disappointed by the results and throw a tantrum.
Only 40,000 people have accepted Trump's federal buyout. Most of these are likely close to retiring. Trump and Musk's plan to reduce the federal government has failed. Like I said, most federal workers are not interested in the private sector.

I don't think Donald Trump, Elon Musk, or anyone worried understand how good those government jobs are. A buyout only works with close to retirement age workers. People will not give up those government benefits.
