I imagine that it gave Charlie Kirk great pleasure to die as a martyr to the god of death he worshipped. I wish instead he could have died another way: of old age, peacefully, in a country where all his work had come to nothing, and he himself completely forgotten.

kid is going through a “dinosaur phase” and it’s so nice to be able to go somewhere and get him books he can read and learn more about his current hyper fixation and for free. plus i got me some manga as a treat. truly a magical place 📚🏢

i didn’t have social anxiety until i moved to the us. something about the social norms here and people always being veiled or ready to bite your head off (not everyone but enough that now i walk on eggshells whenever i leave the house)
