Pretty sure the last two phrases is a reporter asking “On Venezuela sir!” twice.

Too bad he didn’t have a gun to defend himself from his dog’s gun!
Isn’t that the main reason people want to be able to carry a gun & even secretly? To protect themselves from someone else with a gun?
