Wenn der Präsident ein Diktator ist und sein Verbleib an der Macht vor der Wahl feststeht, dann kann von einer Präsidentschaftswahl keine Rede sein. Putins Wiederwahl ist eine Scheinwahl. Sie ist nicht legitim. Das sollte klar benannt werden.
