6/ Why did I develop CIDP, an idiopathic disease? My symptoms began 1 month after my 1st and only confirmed #COVID infection. COVID wreaks havoc throughout the body #LongCovid and emerging data (www.nature.com/articles/s41...) links COVID with elevated risks for developing autoimmune diseases. 😷

Now here's an encouraging thing: the practice of saying no to social pressure when it is dangerous and maladaptive, is the skill we most need right now, one which will carry over into other discussions, choices, and battles that are on their way or already in progress. Try it and it will get easier.
