Back to work tomorrow after 18 days off. We were developing the world's greatest income, activity and performance comparator. Like a true leader, I tasked the only analyst in the team to build it while I was away. Can't wait to see how it looks, hope he captured the PES inspired benchmarking well

I restarted my analysis notes on the 10 Year Plan as my first run was just bland. Like every other commentary out there it struggled with the Plan really not being a "plan".

It isn't a delivery plan, and it doesn't allow people to jump right to their empire's impacts. And that's actually good.
