Yes I think it will be a few more days. It was March 21 last year when I first heard them in our/neighbours' gardens. Good to hear they're on their way.

I find myself continually mulling whether the lack of progress is due to the signals our government is sending. And I contrast it to how society mobilised during the pandemic even under the chaotic leadership of Johnson. Seems like a policy and comms failure.
